See The World In Bold Colour

Hello, thank you for visiting our blog today. Well yesterday was all a bit crazy so we didn’t get to share any gorgeous inspiration with you. But, we shall be making that up today with 3 fabulous projects.

First up is Corrie Herriman with a wonderful art journal page…

Hello everyone,

Today I have a project for Visible Image. I have used the ballerina again as I love her..

I made this page with a gelli print from my stash, which is getting low !!!

I stamped the word ‘colour’ first with Distress Oxed Ink and then embossed it with clear powder. I used a white gel pen to accentuate the letters. Next I stamped the ballerina so she is standing on the two “O’s”. I added some white dots around her skirt and hand too. Next I stamped the rest of the sentiment on white card stock and edged them with a green and blue Copic marker before adhering them. Lastly I added the cracks in the corners and the doodling.

I have used the following stamps:

Hello everyone,
today I am sharing an art journal page I made with Visible Image Stamps.

These stamps are all from the newest release.

I painted the background with acrylic paints.

Here’s a detail of the little sparkly bits around the ballet dancer. They are so much more sparkly in real life !

Dance Dance Dance

Hi there! We promised you more awesome inspiration so here we are delivering!

Check out this amazing tag by Teresa Morgan…

I have never considered myself to be a ‘girly’ girl, but I fell in love with the Born To Perform stamp set when I first saw it.

Today’s project is a bright and colourful tag using some of the stamps in this set:

2017-02-09 Visible Image - dance - inky ballerina stamp - Teresa Morgan

I die cut a large tag from black card using my Sizzix Alterations die, then stamped the word ‘Dance’ onto strips of white card using Distress Inks. Once these were trimmed to size I glued them in place then stamped and embossed the ballerina over the top. Some rainbow ribbon completes the project.

We will be back tomorrow with some Face it! inspiration from Pauline.

See you then!
