Good Evening, we hope you have had a good start to the week. It’s really really busy here, not only making all the orders but trying to get all the stock made for our biggest show of the year at the NEC in just 2 weeks! It’s definitely time we got a new team member on board as we are two rather tired people!!!
Lots of awesome new stamps are also being designed in the evenings, and we have some very exciting news to share with you soon too 🙂 Watch this space!!!
Right then, we must share all the gorgeous PINK inspiration our fabulous Design Team created for our blog hop last weekend, we hope it will inspire you to enter our PINK challenge this month too!
I began by stencilling a starburst with Distress Ink in the background, then stamped and embossed the script stamp from the Revolution Set all over the card with pink embossing powder.
I embossed the horses with WOW powders Vintage Peacock glitter embossing powder. The Stay Strong stamp is embossed in white, then die cut into a circle. I added detail around the edge with the Plasma stamp embossed in pink. I added Pumice Stone Distress ink to the circle and around the edge of the card to create contrast.
The stamps I used on my very PINK card are the Brick Wall, ‘Love Yourself’ from the No Regrets set and ‘You Rock’ from Max Rocks. Inked, heat embossed and layered on white and black card, finished with a breast awareness badge…… a perfect card for someone going through such a tough time!
I made a frilly pink postcard to share, filled full of love and positivity to carry when it is needed most. Stamps used: Sentiment This is Me set. The big heart is filled with multiple stampings from the Plasma set for the lacy texture.
On my card today I’ve used lots of different pink mists and let them blended together. I’ve used a regular white cardstock that I’ve coated with a matte transparent medium before I started.
The Butterfly INKognito is stamped with pink distress in twice and then with black ink on top. The sentense is named Take the Moment, and it’s actually one part of the set. To keep it clean I’ve just added a few bling (pearls) in diagonal corners as embellishments.
I created a 10cm x 10cm mixed media canvas with lots of paper flowers and the awesome Visible Image Life is a JOURNEY stamp.
I created my PINK card using these fabulous Visible Image stamps…
My background was created using blended Distress inks in Picked Raspberry, Worn Lipstick and Spiced Marmalade, over stamped using the same colours. The images were stamped using Versamark, and heat embossed with pink and orange embossing powder, the clock was heat embossed in Gold powder. The tears were created with glossy accents and a couple of gems.
Gorgeous gorgeous work, thank you ladies xxx
We will be back tomorrow with more fantastic inspiration for you.
And… as a thank you to all our wonderful customers for loving Visible Image stamps so much, we still have 20% OFF all our stamps until the end of October!
